1 medium apple
1/2 cup grapes and 6 almonds
1 T peanut butter and 2 medium celery stalks
4 T hummus with 1 cup sliced cucumbers
6 oz. plain low-fat yogurt with 1 tsp. honey
1 large grapefruit
1/3 cup pineapple chunks, canned in juice, with 1 T walnuts
1/2 small pear with 1 stick string cheese
1/2 cup red pepper, sliced, with 3 T guacamole
