Eureka!

I think I figured it out!

If you don't eat anything the ENTIRE day, and then you consume a quarter pounder with cheese, a large fry, a crispy chicken ranch snack wrap, and a large orange Hi-C...

Wait. Nope. Sorry.

You'll still feel disgustingly fat afterward.

  1. The website webmd.com has a lot of advice and tools. I have tried weight watchers a couple of times. The first was great the second not so good. I lose but then quit watching and gain right back.
